By accessing atrionx.com or using X1 PRO, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms form an agreement between you and ATRION X.

X1 PRO is the Cloud + AI Health & Governance platform, including Cost Health and related features. We may add, change, or remove features over time as the platform evolves.

X1 PRO offers a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate the product. To use the service you must be eligible to do so, provide accurate information, and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you will not:

• Abuse, overload, disrupt, or attempt to harm the service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the internal workings of the service.
• Use the service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Upload or process data you do not have the rights to use.

You retain all rights to your customer data. You grant ATRION X a limited license to process your data as needed to provide and operate the service. You are responsible for the data you upload and for ensuring you have the rights to use it.

ATRION X, X1 PRO, and the content on this site are owned by ATRION X and its licensors. We grant you no rights to them except as stated in these Terms.

Paid plans may be available after your trial. Fees, billing cycles, and plan details are presented at sign-up. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; changes take effect according to the terms presented at the time.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, ATRION X is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the service.

You can stop using the service at any time. We can suspend or terminate your access if these Terms are violated, or to protect the service or our users.

We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. We'll post changes on this page and revise the last-updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
